Bug in Peripheral Registers Window?

emIDE 2.20, using STM32F40x.vsd, for GPIOA MODER register, if bit [31:30] = 10 (the default value), the Peripheral Window displays 0xFFFFFFFE for the MODER15 value. As far as I can tell, this is the only register that does this.
I have looked into the .svd file and I don't see a problem (not to say the problem isn't there, maybe I just don't see it). I downloaded the STM32F40x.vsd from ST directly and it behaves the same. There is no significant diff between ST's and emIDE's files).
